Club Gala - July 2010 - New club captains

We held our 17th Anniversary Gala at the Portsmouth Gymnastics Centre on July 3rd. It was a fantastic evening with a mix of pair / trio routines and large group routines. It was very well supported and thanks go to all who helped put together the show.

As usual our new Club Captains were announced at this event - Imogen Berryman is our new Club Captain with Lucy Riddle and Emily Mason-Callaway as our new Junior Club Captains. Congratulations to them and many thanks to Louise Hunter and Katy Carter for their hard work as Club Captains for the last year.

NDP National Finals May 2009

4 tumblers and 2 trios from Phoenix represented the South of England at this year's National Finals in Stoke. All of them performed really well and were a credit to the club throughout the whole weekend. The highlight of the weekend was Lizzie taking a silver medal at Elite 3 tumbling. A particular mention must go to Tayla and her trio partners who competed superbly even though Tayla was very unwell.
